SPRING GARDEN CIVIC ASSOCIATION

On Saturday, September 7th, 2024, the SGCA and 5th District Councilmember Jeffery Young Jr. presented the 1st Annual Spring Garden Sunflower Festival on the 1700 & 1800 blocks of the Fairmount Ave Commercial Corridor.

The event was a huge success, with an eclectic collection of vendors, a diverse lineup of performances, and over 2500 attendees throughout the day.

The day proved to be an emotional rollercoaster, with an unexpected storm disrupting the festivities for about an hour, but the crowds returned and were treated to a magical moment during the final performance from our headliner, Stella Ruze.
